as of late i am vey very interested in band posters....like indie band posters. this piece was just another attempt at doing something hand drawn and presenting it as a fake-band poster, much like marvelous and the medinas. and yes the swirlies have returned

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I really want some posters like this for my apartment... I want both you and Mitch to design me one, so I can print it out and appear artsy.
How much would it cost?
Well, we could always do an exchange... like, an abstract or portrait in turn for a portrait.
We can talk about it more at the decemberist's show, which by the way, I'm extremely reved about.
